ZUKIYA PET AGREEMENT

Terms of Service, Policies, and Liability Waiver

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Zukiya Philippines reserves the right to isolate or refuse service to any animal displaying symptoms of parasites (fleas/ticks), respiratory illness, or communicable diseases to protect the health of other animals in our facility.

LIABILITY AND RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

While Zukiya maintains the highest standards of animal care, the Client acknowledges that pet boarding involves inherent risks. Zukiya shall not be held liable for any health complications, injuries, or fatalities that may occur during the boarding period. However, we will make every effort to ensure your pet is cared for to our usual high standards.

BEHAVIORAL MANAGEMENT

Aggressive animals may be restricted from common areas and group activities for the safety of staff and other animals. Exercise and socialization privileges may be suspended at management's discretion.

INCIDENT LIABILITY

The Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damages, injuries, or losses caused by their pet to other animals, persons, or property during the boarding period

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Please let the pet sitter know if your pet has any behavioural problems or acts aggressively toward people or animals.

Personal possessions such as bedding, toys, and comfort items are permitted; nevertheless, it is your obligation to inspect your goods prior to checking out. If any items are left behind, we cannot be held accountable.

If the pet has just received a vaccination, they must stay at home for at least seven days before they can board.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LONG-TERM BOARDING

Extended boarding arrangements (exceeding 14 days) require additional considerations:

Stress-Related conditions like

Separation anxiety may manifest as behavioral changes, skin conditions, or appetite loss.

While Zukiya provides standard care, we cannot guarantee prevention of stress-related symptoms.

PAYMENT POLICY

All transactions must be completed online prior to service

Cash payments are not accepted

Deposit confirmation (screenshot/receipt) must be submitted to secure reservation

All payments are non-refundable; in the event of a cancellation, we only reimburse 25%. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES

Pets must be collected within 24 hours of the agreed departure time

Extension requests require 24-hour advance notice and additional fees

Early departures do not qualify for partial refunds

Late pickups incur overtime charges

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
